The Trumbull County Senior Services Levy is a five year, three-quarter mill property tax levy which began in 2005. It funds programs
to enhance the well being of Trumbull County adults who are age 60 and older. Due to the success of the 2005 levy, Trumbull County voters passed a five year renewal in 2010.
Services are available in every township to help these residents maintain their health and remain in their homes.
Funds are made available through a public request for proposal (RFP) process. Funding recommendations are made by the Senior Services Advisory Council and are approved by the Trumbull County Board of Commissioners.
